The above bring different meaning to me before and after attended the meditation classes. Before meditation, it will mean my goal, my will. After meditation, it means the reactivity when things happen, yes, awareness, knowing what happened when it happened. Try to attend some when you have chance. Try to attend those with practice + practical theory. What changed you from time to time? Meditation changed me the most although I am just beginner and have not practice it formally :)
