Sun shade or 'car shade'?
I know, it is hot here in Malaysia, that we need to put on sun shade. But I hope, if you used to do like the car owner below, putting sun shade at the back windscreen while driving, I hope you can kindly spend 2 minute to put it down before start driving.
Why? It block the view of vehicle behind you, which make it dangerous. No? Have you heard of 飞蚊症 floater, with a small mosquito always in your eye sight is so annoying, needless to say such a big blockage :)

Penang Botanical Garden
As I wish, I wish to write more about my nearby. Penang Botanical Garden is not a new place for me, I'd been there many times, for jogging, hiking, gathering, outdoor event and etc.
The entrance. It is open from 5am - 9pm everyday. Free admission.
A lot of activities going on usually. Jogging, photography, tai chi classes, aerobic, people practicing chinese sword and etc. Love the green and fresh air here. Oh if you bring something to eat here, watch out for monkey robber.
A lot of flower blooming last weekend :) I don't have my camera with me, or you will see some macro shot :)
Tram charged at RM 2 for adult, RM 1 for kid. I am not sure how is the schedule though. Never took the ride :p
There are few theme garden here, e.g. lily pond, The Fern House, The Cactus House, The Orchidarium, Sun Rockery, Begonia Collection. Visit Penang Botanical Garden official website for some virtual walk. I think the website is quite innovatively design, worth to visit even for Malaysian :)
Lucky to see so many lotus blooming at Lily Pond.
A shadow of a giant tree, isn't it artistic?
Hopefully state government will improve on the toilet, there is just one sign board, and just one toilet located quite deep inside. Hopefully there will be one at the new parking lot outside. At the moment, you need to pay 20 cents to use the toilet.

I found this forwarded email is meaningful. Thanks to WH for the sharing.

Using ATM machine in Malaysia to withdraw money
If this is your first time withdraw money in Malaysia using ATM card, you may wonder how to use ATM machine in Malaysia.
Most of the ATM machines in Malaysia accept foreign ATM card and credit card. The ATM machine usually has the supported card logo on there e.g. Cirrus, Maestro and PLUS.
Here are the general steps to use it.
1. Insert your ATM card into the machine.
2. Some ATM machine will show some information message e.g. be sure the machine in used has no other external device connected to the card slot, to prevent ATM card pin number from being stolen. Then click to continue if everything is in order.
3. Enter your pin.
4. Select the transaction you wish, and follow the instructions.
5. After the transaction has been completed, the card will be returned with some blinking at the card slot, or maybe with some sound indication as well. Take back your ATM card NOW. Or else the card will be automatically inserted into the machine again and you will never be able to get it back.
6. Take the money, if any.
7. Take the receipt, if any.
As of last two month status, all foreigner ATM card or credit card locked by the machine is not returnable. The card will be destroyed.
Welcome to Malaysia and have an enjoyable trip!

Luang Phor Thuad Temple, Lenggong, Perak
If you do wear Thailand Amulets, maybe you have seen this before.
I just google and looks like this is the legend about him.
Near my hometown, there is a temple build in recent years for Luang Phor Thuad. It's story time. This story was spread among the villagers, I am not sure if those are real. Few years ago, an Indonesia born Chinese man who diagnosed cancer had a dream. In his dream, a monk told him, "If you follow my guide, found my nirvana spot, build a small temple for me, I will cure your cancer". It sounds mysterious. The Indonesia man is rich and he decided to give it a try. Subsequently, he had few dreams and follow the tips and reached an estate near Air Kala, Lenggong, Perak, Malaysia. He then able to identify which rubber tree was Luang Phor Thuad sitting during the nirvana. He told the people there about his experience. Then few of them make a small temple for others to pray to Luang Phor Thuad.
After that, the Indonesian was cured. The small temple started to get famous. More and more people pray there. Some of them win the lottery after that, and thus more people from outstation visiting this temple. During holiday, I even saw buses there. I heard outstation are organizing trip to visit this temple, and also try out the river fish. I heard some didn't actually eat fish/meat immediately right after visit the temple, to show their respect to Luang Phor Thuad. As of I know, the most attractive part is to hope to win the lottery!
There was a day, someone rub on the rubber tree there, and saw some numbers. Then he win the lottery. Then others follow and rub the rubber tree. Until a day, someone had a dream and Long Phor Thuad tell him to tell the rest stop rub on the tree, it is like rub on his skin and it is very painful. In this story, there is another rubber tree where it was cut, use the tree to make few thousands of pendant and distribute to the prayers, and also to make a wood statute of Luang Phor Thuad. Unfortunately one day, the wood statute is stolen. There were rumors saying it was stolen by the illegal lottery company because they are loosing money. However, after few months, the wood statute is back to the temple again. But ever since then, less people win lottery and this place is not as popular as the last golden time.
This roughly is the story. Believe it or not :) Let's take a look at the temple. A few newspaper displaying the story.
Some people drove their car in, then the monk will chant and write some scripture on the car. This was believe to keep the car away from accident.
Next to the fence, there is the famous rubber tree.
If you were there, you might be wondering why is there a fence? Well, according to rumors, (yes, rumors, I have not verify the validity), the temple and the tree belongs to two different estate owner. There were some arguments on the donation collected, hence the fence :p
If you are going to the temple from Lenggong direction, after the temple, drove further up for around 100m, there is a well, which so called the Holistic well. From the story, this is the water source for Luang Phor Thuad. Again, the clean car service is provided here as well :p

Some thoughts on gallstone detox program
If you'd read my post on Get rid of gallstone
, after read a URL (thanks to AS for the link), I recalled on some of the doubts I ever had while doing the program.
1. For the big gallstone I observed, it is soft all the way into the core when I pressed it. I was a bit surprised, was mis-lead by the name stone. After google gallstone composition, it looks like it could be soft.
2. Why the gallstone float? After read the composition, if it is consist of oil e.g. cholesterol, then it make sense for it to float?
3. Are those really gallstone? Or just some substance formed after I take those lemon/olive oil?
Well, maybe there are accurate answer out there which I do not know. After the detox, maybe due to removal of gallstone, or cleanse the digestive system after diarrhea, I noticed 1 obvious change.
If you do read traditional chinese medication book, it was mentioned that when our nerve deliver the Blood Qi 血气 to other part of the body, our nerve will become bigger, as in picture below.
* The hand was actually in relax position, although it looks like fist.
Different human body has different schedule when the Blood Qi is delivered. After I read the book, I pay attention to my hand trying to find out my schedule. I figured the nerve it usually happen only once after I 敲胆经 massage Gallbladder Meridian. After the detox, I have this more frequent, especially after meall. If the book on Blood Qi delivering is correct, I hope it is a good change to my body :)
Ganbatte my friend, no healthy, nothing.

Get rid of gallstone
Look at picture below, take a guess what is that. I believe my readers are all smart and know it is a gallstone :p
It is a soften gallstone in my body. In actual it is dark green in color, I was tired, and no mood to adjust color brightness and thus it looks darker.
Why did I have a gallstone of myself :O? Don't worry, I have not gone through any operation. I did by referring to guideline below:
1st - 5th day
- Take 5 apples every day. Either red or green apple is fine. If you are taking big size fuji apple, just 3 is enough. You may blend the apple and take it juice, 100cc.
- Apple is to soften the gallstone.
- Take less oil and lighter diet, less meat.
(MK: If you seldom take fruits, I believe you should notice some changes in pass motion during these days)
6th day
- Stop eating apple. Take less oil and lighter diet, less meat. Stop taking meal after 1pm.
- 6pm: Mix 10g of epsom salt with warm water. Feel free to replace warm water with grape fruit or apple juice for better taste.
- 8pm: Mix 10g of epsom salt with warm water.
- 10pm: 125ml pure fresh lemon juice mix with 125ml extra virgin olive oil, drink it slowly and finish it in once. You may replace lemon juice with grapefruit juice. After finish, go to bed immediately.
- Epsom salt helps to release bile duct, olive oil increase bile discretion, to push the gallstone out from gallbladder.
- On the same night, or next day, the stool will usually be in greenish black color. The gallstone will float on the water, you may pick it up if you wish to.
(MK: Some people use 'filter'. For me, I got just one big gallstone as shown in the picture, I used the disposable spoon.)
- If you have a lot of gallstone, can tried it again after few months to get rid of the left over. (MK: I'm sorry it doesn't define how many is a lot). For normal people, do it annually.
The epsom salt taste a bit bitter. I did drink some 南非叶 before, and still can accept the taste. Around 6.30pm, I need to go to toilet, and it is like normal. After second epsom salt consumption, I can feel the discomfort, not sure is it from stomach or colon. It stop me from sleeping at 10pm. Around 10.30pm, I started to run to toilet, for 3 times until 11.30pm, then only the discomfort is gone then I managed to fall asleep.
The next day morning, after wake up, the diarrhea started again, and it is getting more and more watery. I ran to toilet for 4 times in an hour. After that, the frequency reduced. For 7th day, I ran to toilet 7 times, around 20 gallstones, beside the big one shown in picture above, the rest are around 2-3mm in size.
If you would like to try it, recommended to stay home for 6th and 7th day. Do not arrange anything on the 8th day. My colleague has the diarrhea on her 8th day. It may vary depending on your body condition or maybe the quantity of the epsom salt taken and etc. My colleague has more than 30 tiny pieces of gallstone. I was surprised she has so much in her gallbladder and that make me want to try it too. Luckily I did it to get rid of the big one. Or else I think if I continue to maintain previous healthy living style, it will eventually gone too, most likely need much longer time.
* After the 7th day, my body feel a bit different because of the epsom salt. It is claimed to be normal, it will last around 3 days.
The epsom salt my colleague lend to me,
Take good care, my friend :) No health, nothing.

A tips on the leftover lemon skin, use it to clean your kitchen, e.g. knife and etc.
The epsom salt my colleague lend to me,
Thanks to SS and BW for the sharing :D
